30-Day Vegan Challenge Tracker

One small, finishable task a day for a month. Tick them off as you go — progress saves in your browser, no account and no email required.

How to use it

Rules that make it stick.

Do the task, not the month. Thinking about thirty days is heavy. Thinking about "buy one plant milk" is not. Every day here is deliberately small enough to finish before you can talk yourself out of it.

Rebuild, don't replace. The fastest route is plant versions of the food you already love, not an unfamiliar diet borrowed from someone else's kitchen. Familiar wins.

Never be hungry and unprepared. Almost every relapse happens between a missed meal and a convenient option. Batch cooking and a stocked snack drawer solve more than motivation ever will.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How does the 30-day vegan challenge work?
Each day has one concrete task — swap your milk, learn a sauce, batch-cook grains, start B12. You tick it off when it's done. The tasks build on each other so that by day thirty the habits, not the effort, are doing the work.
Do I have to be perfect for 30 days?
No. This is a direction, not a purity test. If you miss a day or slip at a dinner, tick what you did and carry on. Thirty imperfect days still spare animals; one abandoned attempt spares none.
Is my progress saved?
Yes, in your own browser's local storage. It survives closing the tab and restarting your device, but it isn't sent to us and won't follow you to another browser or phone. Clearing your browsing data resets it.
What should I eat during the challenge?
Start with plant versions of meals you already love, then add three staples you can cook without thinking: beans, grains and greens. The meal planner builds a whole week with a shopping list if you'd rather not decide.
What happens after 30 days?
Most people keep going, because by then the shopping, cooking and eating out are all solved problems. Some keep 80% of it. Both outcomes are worth far more than the version where nothing changed.
