Breastfeeding vegan mothers must maintain reliable B12 intake (2.4-1000 µg/day depending on form). Infant formula sold as 'plant-based' still needs regulatory approval; soy-based formulas are widely available.
From 6 months: iron-rich purées (lentils, fortified cereal), tahini, mashed tofu, nut butters (thinned), avocado. Continue B12 supplementation lifelong.
